A buyer or seller can create escrow transactions, if a buyer sends funds it indicates their agreement to the terms of the escrow agreement. The seller indicates agreement to the terms by either a) creating the escrow transaction, or b) shipping or delivering a product or service to the buyer. In the event of a dispute both parties can present testimony and evidence to a a panel of 3 judges who will decide the case outcome which will be one of the following:
1. Refunding the funds to the buyer,
2. Releasing the funds to the seller,
3. A 50/50 split of the funds between the buyer and seller, or

5. The results of the dispute are final and cannot be appealed.
We take many security measures, including but not limited to:
1. Two factor authentication (2FA) via Email or Google Authenticator.
2. All passwords are stored as a uniquely salted scrypt hash, which is then AES encrypted.

7. No coins are on this server, reducing hacking incentive.
Due to the use and nature of crypto graphic currencies, making electronic funds transfers may be limited by your agreement with your financial institution and/or by applicable law, Bitxoe.com is not responsible to any User if Bitxoe.com does not complete Transactions as a result of these restrictions, or if a financial / exchange institution fails to honor any credit or debit to or from the Account. Bitxoe.com may post operating rules related to payments on the Site and change these rules from time to time.
Unless otherwise agreed by each User in the Transaction, the Buyer/Seller agrees to pay the appropriate fees for the Services disclosed on the Site when the Escrow Transaction Instruction is agreed to by all such Users, as well as other fees. , including, without limitation, third party service fees (for example, shipping, valuation, inspection, etc.). After payment, Bitxoe.com fees are non-refundable. Bitxoe.com fees may change from time to time at the absolute and absolute discretion of Bitxoe.com. We make our best effort to ensure the reliability and safety of our services however we can not be held liable in any way for funds lost or fluctuations in market exchange rates. Examples where funds could be lost (but not limited to these examples) are technical issues, 3rd party interference such as hacking or DDoS, or issues with the cryptocurrencies themselves such as software errors or 51% attacks. All arbitration results are final and binding, you agree not to attempt any legal or publicity (including but not limited to social media, forums, etc.) action(s) against us if you are displeased with the decision.

Bitxoe.com shall not be liable or responsible for those guarantees, warranties and representations, if any, offered by any Seller of items. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Bitxoe.com or through the Services shall create any warranty not expressly made herein.
You acknowledge and agree that Bitxoe.com does not endorse the website of any third party, or assume responsibility or liability for the accuracy of any material contained therein, or any infringement of third party intellectual property rights arising therefrom, or any fraud or other crime facilitated thereby. In no event will Bitxoe.com be liable for any act or omission of any third party, including, but not limited to, your financial institution, any payment system, any third-party service provider, any provider of telecommunications services, Internet access or computer equipment or software, any mail or delivery service or any payment or clearinghouse system or for any circumstances beyond Bitxoe.com's control (including but not limited to, fire, flood or another natural disaster, war, riot, strike, terrorism, act of civil or military authority, equipment failure, computer virus, infiltration or hacking by a third party, or failure or interruption of electrical, telecommunications or other utility services).
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER ESCAROO.COM OR ITS AFFILIATES WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SITE OR THE SERVICES OR YOUR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR THE SERVICES.
Bitxoe.com may suspend or stop your use of the Service at any time, without notice for any reason, at the sole discretion of Bitxoe.com. Unless guaranteed by risks to the security, privacy or integrity of the Service, Bitxoe.com will endeavour to give you prior notice of the suspension or termination of the Service by sending you an e-mail, but Bitxoe.com is not obliged to do so. You will remain responsible for all transactions that you make through the Service prior to termination, and the performance of your obligations, including but not limited to, delivery of goods and payment of all amounts that you have before termination or termination of your use of the Service. Bitxoe.com has the right to change this Agreement, or any part thereof, at any time, without prior notice, provided that no changes will apply to the Transaction once the User for the Transaction has agreed to the Transaction. You agree to indemnify and hold Bitxoe.com, the parent company or it's any employee, the Bitxoe.com affiliates and each officer, director, shareholder, employee and designated party, harmless from any claims, requests, expenses or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees and court fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any violation of this Agreement, rules contained in the Site or Escrow Transaction Instruction, including, but not limited to, payment of Bitxoe.com fees and any fees collected from the organization or reversal or not paying credit or debit entries.
Notifications from Bitxoe.com to you will be provided via eMail, or by public posting on the Site. You can contact Bitxoe.com by filling out the customer support form or other email address such as the Bitxoe.com post as the address for notification on the Site in the latest version of the Terms of Use.
Bitxoe.com may establish this Agreement for current or future affiliated companies and for interested successors. Bitxoe.com may also delegate certain Bitxoe.com rights and responsibilities under this Agreement to independent contractors or other third parties.
If you are a registered Site user, every time you request the Service will constitute your agreement to these Terms of Use, as amended from time to time at Bitxoe.com's sole discretion, and evidence that you have read, understood and accepted the applicable Terms of Use at that time.
